Shipping
- All products are handcrafted, with a processing time of 2-7 business days before dispatch.
- Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping. Estimated delivery times range from 10-45 days, with potential delays to remote areas. Shipping dates may be impacted by U.S. public holidays, promotional periods, or operational constraints. Should delays occur due to staffing issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you via email.
- Due to logistics upgrades in select regions, you may opt for expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. For tracking inquiries, contact us at info@lianlucky.com.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, requests to leave packages with neighbors, or auxiliary buildings. Items marked as undeliverable due to address errors will require a re-delivery fee to reship.
- Lost packages in transit will be fully investigated. Liability ceases once delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
- Non-defective items, including stolen packages or those confirmed as delivered, are ineligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.
To request a signature upon delivery, include this instruction in the "Order Notes" during checkout.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact info@lianlucky.com within 24 hours of purchase to avoid additional charges. Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled and must be returned per our Return Policy upon receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, discounted, or customized goods (e.g., engraved items, products from our "Personalized Collection") are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items: We guarantee refunds or exchanges for defective items if reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn (except for try-on), undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

Process:
- Initiate a return/exchange request via info@lianlucky.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping costs.
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
- Allow 2-7 business days for processing after we receive the item.
- We reserve the right to deny returns not meeting eligibility criteria.

Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 5 business days (credit card/PayPal).
- Allow 7-10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
Defective Items:
To report defective items, contact info@lianlucky.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Affected item(s)
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence
Note: Manufacturing defects do not include:
- Broken chains, general wear (e.g., tarnishing, plating fade, distortion).
- Chipped/cracked gemstones, pearls, shells, or fragmented elements.
